ATI Biosystems

How it all started

ATI (Advanced Technology Incorporation) was established in 1996 and is now developing into a semiconductor inspection equipment company with global competitiveness. In addition, ATI has invested in the development of equipment that can be put into various processes from fully automated wafer inspection equipment to reticle inspection equipment which is essential for semiconductor production. Actually, ATI has most of its technology, including equipment design and production as well as optical devices and SW development. In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, ATI develops inspection algorithms that utilize deep learning. At present, ATI supplies our products to domestic and overseas semiconductor production companies, and the number of clients and the orders is steadily increasing. ATI is rapidly growing into an international company with offices in the US, Japan, China, and Vietnam, and liaison offices in Taiwan and Singapore. We promise the better technology for our customers and the bright future of semiconductor industries.
